Pool Time!!

"The water was very cold, so Dad told me lay on the cement to warm up. My dad is so smart."


The weather has been very generous to us this year. I think we have had 3 days in the triple digits. It has been nice to play outside in the pool. I wish the grass grew in better. We are renting a house in Thatcher and the landlord does not want to pay for the water and grass even if we put it in for him. We are trying to get the old grass to grow back.

Kashton is my water baby. He did not want to get out of the water. He walks around the outside deciding where he should enter. he knows how to get his leg over the edge, but does not know what to do after that. There has been a number of times he has attempted a face plant.

I love it when my boys play together nicely. Water is the best toy to share. Funny how much boys like water but they don't like to be clean. I think Blake found every type of ball to add to the pool. I think that is to keep kashton busy so he can play with the pail.

Here is my dare devil. Blake goes down face first. Our neighbor's little girl came over to play her name is Ella. She thought Blake was crazy and wanted to get out when the slide came out. We love our neighbors. They are from Washington state and they are melting in this heat. They have six kids so it makes for alot of friends. Blake loves going over to play. I hope they stay for awhile becaus the father is itching to get back north where it is cooler.

Then after going down Blake jumps up and makes a shot. Let's just say everyone was exausted after swimming.
